You will be able to realize yourself in the following tasks: Search and selection of personnel according to the application throughout Ukraine; Posting vacancies on job sites and other resources; Conducting a candidate assessment (initial telephone interview, at the interview); Organization of the next stages of interviews with internal customers; Work with final candidates: organization of SB verification, approval and preparation of job - offer, coordination of registration and exit of the candidate; Maintenance of the database of vacancies and candidates in Datex; Preparation of analytical reports; Participation in various hr — projects of the department. You are our ideal candidate if you have: Higher education or a student of 4-5 courses. The desire to gain experience in personnel selection.
