We are currently looking for proactive data-driven Recruiting Operations Analyst to our Recruitment team, who will be responsible for key metrics and lead candidate pipelines for various positions.

Our goal is to hire those with whom we will be able to create an exceptional fintech product made in Ukraine!
What will you do: - be responsible for hiring metrics (reply & interested rates, time to fill, time to hire, cost per hire, etc) and analytics, including reporting on open positions and new hires;
- search for candidates using various methods, from boolean/x-ray search to parsing candidates from GitHub;
- create and maintain a pool of qualified candidates, as well as develop a personnel reserve to cover future hiring needs;
- work on automation and continuous improvement of processes in the Recruitment team;
- test and implement new sourcing tools for more efficient work.
What you need to join us:
- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment/HR/Marketing analytics or Ops teams, or education in the specialty "Analytics/Programming/Mathematics/Economics";
- analytical thinking and desire to work with analytics and reports;
- self-organization and the ability to set priorities;
- the ability to clearly convey one's opinion and communicate with stakeholders;
- creative and result-oriented approach.
It will be a plus:
- copywriting skills to write letters to candidates so that they never go unanswered;
- experience with Tableau or courses on using BI tools;
- English B2+.
