Recruitment manager / HR manager in Kuzmenko A.S., FOP

We are committed to building an excellent team that will help us reach new heights, so we need someone who will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR.

Responsibilities:

•  Carrying out recruiting activities: placing vacancies, conducting interviews, selecting candidates; 

• Organization and conduct of introductory and adaptation training for new employees;

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager would be an advantage but not mandatory 

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in new environment; 

• Basic computer skills;   

• Desire to become part of a successful and dynamic team;   

• Well-crafted oral and written speech; 

• Willingness to work in a team and focus on results.

Conditions: 

•  Working schedule: 5\2 from 10:00 to 19:00, 

• Salary: from 25,000 UAH (Fixed rate + bonuses),

• Young and ambitious team

• Effective training from professionals
