HR Manager in Master Service

What we do: we service cars and repair units; we sell wholesale and retail new, restored, used units for cars; we produce special equipment and tools for service stations; we carry out diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electric cars and hybrids. Your functionality: Recruiting: organization full cycle of search and recruitment of personnel (compilation of job profile description, placement of announcements, selection and search of personnel, conducting initial telephone interviews, organization and conduct of final interviews with the participation of customers); ensuring high-quality and timely closing of vacancies of various levels; formation of internal and external reserve of candidates; provision of feedback and full communication with candidates; analysis of the labor market. 2. HR-processes: organization of the employee adaptation process: holding one-to-one meetings, participation in the defense and evaluation of the probationary period; conducting an exit interview upon dismissal; participation in HR projects and development of the employer's brand. What we expect from you: practical experience in conducting interviews with candidates for positions of various levels; confident PC user: MS Office, 1С8; proactivity and effectiveness; systematicity (ability to structure your work, optimize your work processes); focus on the company's business goals and professional development.
