Requirements: higher education; experience of working as a recruiter, HR manager from 2 years; knowledge of the principles of personnel search, adaptation and certification knowledge of general and personnel document management; skills in working with office equipment; presentable appearance, competent language and writing, responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work with a large number of documents, stress resistance, systemic thinking, sociability, non-conflict, ability to find solutions in difficult situations, erudition, the main thing is love for the profession, for people and papers.
