Responsibilities:

• search and selection of personnel for various positions;

• conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;

• formation of personnel vacancies and placing ads on platforms;

• supporting employees on at all stages of cooperation (from hiring to dismissal);

• administration of the candidate database;

• participation in creating a corporate culture and increasing employee motivation.

We are looking for you if:

• you know how to work with various sources of candidate search (social networks, platforms, etc.);

• you know the basics of labor legislation;

• you have developed communication skills and the ability to find an approach to people;
