Stalkanat is one of the largest manufacturers of steel ropes and reinforcement strands in Europe, the leader in the production of hardware products in Ukraine. We invite a recruitment manager to join the team. Duties: Conduct telephone interviews and create a database of candidates; department heads to determine the needs of personnel and the requirements of pre-candidates. Requirements: Experience in a similar position of 1 year or more; Higher education; Confident communication and negotiation skills; Ability to work simultaneously with 5-7 vacancies; Ability to work in a team and independently; High responsibility, organization, initiative. We offer: Timely payment of wages; Work schedule 5/2 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.; The first 3 months of contract registration; Work in a stable and well-known company.
