The Goodwin company is looking for a responsible and experienced recruitment manager to join its team. How we see our candidate: Has experience in a similar position at least 2 - x years; Possesses modern methods of personnel selection and evaluation; Has knowledge of labor legislation; With a high level of personal responsibility and self-organization; Has a high level of empathy; Excellent communicator, positive and friendly. Main responsibilities: Ensuring the staffing of staff and the fulfillment of planned indicators; Supporting training and adaptation of new employees of the company ;formation and management of the personnel reserve;Participation in the development of a motivational program for employees;implementing the reception, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation and internal regulations;Management of personnel document circulation (hospital, leave, report cards, orders, statements, contracts); management of personal files, making changes , related to the labor activity of employees; execution of the manager's orders regarding personnel work; work with the company's disciplinary policy; formation of internal personnel reporting.
