Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Practical experience in recruitment of various levels of personnel from 2 years;
• Knowledge of methods and tools for searching and attracting candidates;
• Ability to work in a team for a common result;
• Ability to clearly and effectively organize your work;
• Well-developed communication skills;
• Knowledge of modern recruitment methods personnel.

Functional duties:

• Search and selection of personnel for vacancies of various levels;
• Conducting (organization, coordination) of interviews and assessment of professional and personal qualities of the candidate using modern methods;
• Maintenance of internal reporting of the department.
• Adaptation of personnel
• Participation in HR projects
