Recruitment manager in Joint Industrial Park

Joint Industrial Park (J.I.P.) < /strong>—the market leader in integrated management of commercial real estate objects invites a personnel manager to join its team.

Responsibilities:

• timely closing of vacancies (management, line, technical staff, etc.): publication of vacancies, conducting interviews, organizing interviews with the manager, collection of recommendations, organization of the candidate's first day of work
• work with platforms for candidate search
• support of the candidate from the beginning of communication to acceptance into the state
• tracking of progress and completion employee trial period
• updating candidate data in the CRM system
• wage cut
• organization of corporate events

Requirements:

• experience of working as a recruiter from 1 year
• experience of closing vacancies of various levels (from linear to TOP positions)
• higher education (specialty related to personnel management will be an advantage)
• working skills in MS Office programs
