Recruitment manager in Bomond Group

Bomond is a retail chain of perfumery and cosmetics stores. We are represented in the largest cities of Ukraine: Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia, Dnipro. We are currently looking for a recruiter, assistant HR manager for part-time employment (2-3 days a week). Duties: organization and conduct of all stages of selection personnel (placement of vacancies, organization of interviews with candidates; work with the resume database, interaction with managers on recruitment, adaptation of personnel) monitoring and analysis of the labor market; placement of vacancies; creation of a database of candidate reserves; work with various search channels; assistance and execution of assignments personnel manager in the registration, hiring and firing of employees. Requirements: Experience in a similar position from 1 year (also willing to consider candidates without experience); Knowledge of basic candidate search tools; Focus on results, flexibility, ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment pace; Basic knowledge and skills of the recruitment process; Knowledge of the MS Office program package; Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage! Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other normative legal acts regulating labor relations.
