Candidate requirements:

• university or professional - technical education;
• experience in recruiting and/or onboarding will be an advantage;
• understanding specifics of an agricultural or industrial environment (preferred);
• willingness to work with mass and point selection;
• communicative, organized, responsible;
• confident use of a PC and online tools.

Main duties:

• closing vacancies in agricultural and production fields
  (mechanists, drivers, agronomists, engineers, production workers, office);
• active search for candidates (job-sites, social networks, recommendations);
• conducting initial telephone and online interviews;
• interaction with heads of divisions and the department personnel;
• support of the candidate until the moment of starting work;
• organization and support of the onboarding of new employees;
• control of adaptation during the probationary period;
• formation of internal and external personnel reserve;
• conducting exit interviews with employees who are dismissed;
• identifying the reasons for staff turnover;
• conducting HR reports.
