Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Knowledge of methods of active recruitment of personnel (direct search);

• Desirable experience in the search for IT personnel;
• English language - not lower than the average level;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of a full cycle of recruiting for vacancies of various levels (Ukraine and the Balkans);
• Organization and conduct of interviews, testing, candidate checks, collection of recommendations, drafting of offers;

• Organization of adaptation of new employees;
• Control of employees passing the trial period;
• Formation of internal reporting;
• 100% participation in various HR projects and tasks.
