MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Work on closing Company vacancies (interaction with managers, formation of position profiles and applications for recruitment, publication of advertisements on websites and networks , initial screening of resumes, telephone interviews, interviews with the participation of job managers, etc.).

Collection and preparation of a package of documents for checking the credibility of candidates, as well as checking for personnel and reputational risks. Interaction with internal security units.

Support of candidate admission/transfer processes in regional units (branches): communication with candidates, collection of documents for checking personnel and reputational risks.

Formation of offers about employment (offers). Communication with candidates, assistance in applying for a job.
