LLC "Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine" is an enterprise of the Naftogaz Group. A young company working on the creation of an effective nationwide gas distribution system by uniting regional city and regional gas distribution organizations of Ukraine into a single, transparent and client-oriented organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Work on closing Company vacancies (interaction with managers, formation of position profiles and applications for recruitment, publication of advertisements on websites and networks , initial screening of resumes, telephone interviews, interviews with the participation of job managers, etc.).

Collection and preparation of a package of documents for checking the credibility of candidates, as well as checking for personnel and reputational risks. Interaction with internal security units.

Support of candidate admission/transfer processes in regional units (branches): communication with candidates, collection of documents for checking personnel and reputational risks.

Formation of offers about employment (offers). Communication with candidates, assistance in applying for a job.

Workplace organization for new employees. First acquaintance. Solving situational issues and providing advice at the request of employees.

Formation of recruitment reports (regular and at the request of management or the parent company).

Maintenance of the candidate database — incl. external reserve.

Participation in the projects of the Department of Personnel Management.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES

Experience in recruiting.

A high culture of working with documents, thoroughness, organization, perfectionism (a significant part of the time is taken up by working with candidate documents, including submitting candidates for approval by the company's management bodies — everything must be accurate, timely and checked to the letter!).

Proactivity, independence.

High speed of work. Focus on the result.

Communicability, the ability to make contacts and negotiate. Flexibility, adaptability.

Working conditions: 5 days, from 09:00 to 18:00, reduced Friday

Location in the center, within walking distance of the subway.

Work format: office only (remote or hybrid options are not considered).
