Your area of ​​responsibility:< /p>

• Full cycle of recruitment of all levels;
• Active interaction with candidates, conducting initial interviews and organizing interviews with customers;
• Maintenance of the internal database in the CRM system, preparation of reports upon request and market analytics;
• Participation in HR department projects.< /li>

To successfully solve the tasks, you will need: 

• Higher education;
• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year, experience in a recruiting agency will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of personnel search methods and interview technologies;
• Experience of direct search and in social. networks;
• A confident PC user, working with the E-Staff program or similar (preferred);
• Personal qualities: ability to work with large volumes information and in multitasking mode, client orientation, responsibility, organization, systematicity, result orientation.
