Responsibilities:

• Active search of candidates for open positions.
• Conducting interviews and evaluation of potential employees.
• Maintenance of candidate database.
• Collaboration with department heads to clarify requirements for vacancies.
• Organization and implementation of activities for adaptation of new employees.< /li>

Requirements:

• Desire to develop in the field of HR.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Responsibility, organization and communication.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, Google Docs).
• Work experience not mandatory - we are ready to teach!
