Recruitment manager in Visage Distribution / Bomond Group

Bomond is a retail chain of perfumery and cosmetics stores. We are represented in the largest cities of Ukraine: Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia, Dnipro.

We are currently looking for a recruiter, assistant HR manager for part-time employment (2-3 days a week).

Responsibilities:

• organization and implementation of all stages of personnel selection (placement of vacancies, organization of interviews with candidates; work with the resume database, interaction with managers on issues of recruitment, adaptation of personnel)
• monitoring and analysis of the labor market;
• placement of vacancies;
• creating a candidate reserve database;
• work with various search channels;
• assistance and execution of the personnel manager's orders in the registration, hiring and dismissal of employees.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year (we are also willing to consider candidates without experience);
• Knowledge of basic candidate search tools;
• Focus on results, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
• Basic knowledge and skills of the recruitment process;
• Knowledge of the MS Office package;
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage!
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other normative legal acts regulating labor relations.
