Functional duties: Recruitment of personnel for vacant positions in the store; Management of primary personnel records; Training and adaptation of employees; Organization of motivational events in the store. The main requirements for the candidate: Experience in HR (mass recruitment, training , personnel administration) will be an advantage; Experience working in Retail will be an advantage; Active life position, the ability to work in conditions of multitasking, a high level of self-organization; Mobility.
