Main tasks:

• Candidate search: Active search according to specified criteria, monitoring profiles on job boards, LinkedIn, use of AI.
• Assistance in organizational issues related to recruiting.
• Working with vacancies: Preparation of job profiles, work in recruiting ATS.
• Communication with candidates: Initial contact, phone screenings, follow-up of candidates.
• Analytics and reporting: Preparation of reports and market analysis.
• Participation in youth projects: Organization of internships, interaction with educational institutions, participation in events.

Skills you will develop:

• Hard skills: Active search, telephone screening, market analysis, organization of events, business communication, work with ATS.
• Soft skills: Communication skills, organization, teamwork, result orientation, initiative, customer orientation.
