You will own coordination for all candidates and interviews at Adept.Responsibilities:Own end to end coordination for all interviews at Adept. This includes both virtual and in person interviews, and candidate travelProvide an excellent experience to every candidate you interact withCollaborate with hiring managers to ensure their hiring pipelines have a flawless and smooth interview processServe as the organizational backbone for the recruiting organization at AdeptQualifications:1+ year of experience working in an environment that requires strong operational rigorStrong organizational skills and a keen attention to detailExcellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenOutstanding time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environmentAptitude to learn quickly and grow with an organizationAbility to work onsite 5 days a week in our San Francisco officeThe pay range for this position in California is $40/hour.
