This role will coordinate communications, perform interview logistics, and oversee candidate paperwork and compliance-related tasks.This role creates the optimal candidate experience across Roku, not just their requisitions. The ideal candidate possesses attention to detail and proactive communication skills to respond to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. They have expertise in systems thinking to determine root causes, solve problems quickly, and bring solutions to partners across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Compliance.For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $25 - 49 per hour. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
