This role will coordinate communications, perform interview logistics, and oversee candidate paperwork and compliance-related tasks.This role creates the optimal candidate experience across Roku, not just their requisitions. The ideal candidate possesses attention to detail and proactive communication skills to respond to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. They have expertise in systems thinking to determine root causes, solve problems quickly, and bring solutions to partners across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Compliance.For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $25 - 49 per hour. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.What You’ll Be DoingEstablish strong working relationships with our internal partners and trust among their fellow Recruiting Coordination and People Operations teamsThoughtfully prepare candidates, and if applicable ensure a positive onsite experienceSchedule and communicate interview detailsAs needed, coordinate candidate travel, logistics, and reimbursementIdentify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling and candidate paperwork efficiencyAct as the bridge between the candidate experience and the new hire onboarding experience by ensuring accurate and timely data for the onboarding process, and resolving any candidate or recruiter questionsProvide timely feedback to internal partners and assist with Talent Ops projects and initiativesWe’re excited if you have2 to 3 years of staffing related experienceStrong understanding of administrative operations in staffing or human resourcesExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust be highly proficient calendaring in OutlookMust have experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse or Workday preferredStrong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in ethical manner, present a credible image and accept and follow directionStrong organizational skills and attention to detail is an absolute mustAble to interact and communicate effectively with employees, candidates, vendors, contractors, and management in a professional mannerAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBA/BS degree or equivalent experienceBenefitsRoku is committed to offering a diverse range of benefits as part of our compensation package to support our employees and their families.
