• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00 — 23:00 or 15:00 — 00:00

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates, including passive candidates for major projects in the United States
• Confer with management to identify recruiting needs
• Develop, update, and post job openings on appropriate platforms and job sites
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications to evaluate if they meet position requirements
• Perform phone screenings and preliminary interviews
• Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process
• Select the best candidates and assist the HR Manager in conducting video interviews and sorting through applicants
• Draft communication materials, such as emails, messages to candidates, and offer and rejection letters
• Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates
• Assist the HR Manager in various HR duties
• Provide reports to the HR Manager on a daily basis for completed or in-progress tasks

Requirements:

• Excellent (C1) written and verbal Englishskills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of different candidate search methods and tools
• Ability to scan large volumes of resumes
• Experience conducting various types of interviews
• Recruiting experience in the US/Canada is an asset
• Experience with HR tools such as ATS is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn to search for candidates
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills with the ability to multi-task
• Stress resistance and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
