Requirements: mastery of a PC at the level of a confident user; suitability for service in terms of health and moral qualities; age up to 45 years; officer military rank; physical endurance and moral stability; having experience of participating in combat operations will be an advantage; openness, ambition, good developed oral and written communication skills; working conditions: official mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service; monetary support from 22,000 to 122,000 hryvnias depending on the task and place of service; social benefits. Responsibilities: organization and full cooperation with potential candidates; active search and recruitment of effective candidates for vacant positions in our Brigade with the possibility of business trips to Ukraine; conducting interviews; working with job search platforms and other candidate search resources; popularizing military affairs and motivating citizens to acquire the necessary competencies in the field security and defense.
