What will you do?

• Find candidates - social media, databases, networking, ATS (you know what we're talking about)
• Interview and evaluate candidates
• Coordinate with team leaders and close vacancies quickly
• Describe and post jobs to find the right people
• Build an employer brand - we want people to want to us!

What is important to us?

• Experience in mass recruitment will be a significant plus

• Confident use of ATS and resume databases

• Understanding sourcing and headhunting (channels, approaches, tools)

• Strong communication skills: you easily find contact with people of different roles and levels

• Focus on the result, attentiveness, critical thinking, accuracy in details.
