The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. As a Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. This role requires a combination of technical acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities:• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.• Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.• Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting top tier candidates.• Improves and develops candidate pool for all departments of the company.• Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads for open positions.• Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.• Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.• Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications and manage correspondence to candidates to facilitate the hiring process.• Coordinates with all departments to initiate and complete the onboarding process.• Maintains the highest level of expertise and knowledge in areas of specialty and industry.• Provides insights and recommendations to management regarding improving work results, procedures and strategies.• Process all new applicants for employment and schedule interviews.• Create and prepare customized offer letters and pre hire paperwork.• Performs Human Resources administrative duties as assigned.• Perform related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Strong time-management/project management skills.Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.• Minimum 5 years of related experience.• Experience maintaining employee files, databases, employment law, and administrative skills.• Must be able to confidentially handle sensitive information, including individual performance reviews, background checks, and potential work issues.• Strong interest in enhancing working knowledge of the Human Resources discipline, becoming fully aware and informed of current trends, developments, and changes in the sub-industry.• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to be empathetic and diplomatic.• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
