Employment agency Expert Outsourcing Sp. z o. invites applications for the position:

Specialist in recruiting foreigners with knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian/English languages.

Place of work: Warsaw, Mokotów

We expect from the candidate: < /strong>

- no experience is possible, we will teach you everything (experience is also welcome)

- very good knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian and English languages. Knowledge of Spanish will be an added advantage.

- creativity and openness to challenges, purposefulness; - MS Office skills;

- high motivation, good organization and independence; - responsibility, scrupulousness, determination in actions;

- the ability to work in a team;

- high personal culture.

Range of tasks:

- active search for candidates from Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus and Central Asia for company projects, initial verification documents of candidates and professional consultations in personnel selection; - complex processes of personnel selection, candidate selection; - search for new sources of attracting candidates; - creation, publication and promotion of advertising; - creation of a database of candidates and intermediaries; - cooperation with the administration and the coordinator; - participation in personnel documentation; - creation of reports based on the results of the work performed.
