We are Planeta Kino, a network of cinemas that you definitely know and love IMAX, 4DX, the first movie restaurant in UkraineRE'LUX, our own CINITECH+ technology, the tastiest popcorn and an incredible atmosphere - all this is us!

Now we are looking for someone who will help us create the perfect teams for our cinemas all over Ukraine - we are looking for recruiter who does not just select people, but feels who is "ours". every day;

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a sincere desire to develop in HR and understands that working with people is a drive, a challenge and a thrill;
• Communicative, open and easily finds a common language even with the most silent;
• Responsible - undertakes and sees things through to the end;
• Independent, but not "on his own" - a team is always there to support him;
• Fluent in Ukrainian in the language;

What you will do:

• You will lead a full recruitment cycle personnel for our cinemas and movie restaurants;
• You will conduct telephone and personal interviews;
• You will help in opening new network locations;
• You will conduct reporting and analytics in your direction;
• You will participate in the development of recruiting materials and projects of the HR department;
• Sometimes you will participate in analytics salary market and trend research;
• And you will simply become part of a warm, creative team that really loves their work
