Responsibilities
- screening of received resumes, communication, conducting interviews and tests
- accompanying candidates at all stages of selection
- keeping records of candidates using automated management systems
Requirements
- fluency in Spanish (C2)
- experience in recruiting is desirable
- knowledge of modern methods of conducting tests and interviews, ethics and culture of interpersonal communication
- developed communication skills
Conditions
- < li> service under a contract
- monetary support in accordance with the norms of current legislation
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel only within the borders of the Ground Forces with the consent of the immediate commander
