Job description:We are looking for a motivated recruiter with Romanian language skills to find candidates with Romanian passports for work in Germany. This position offers full-time or part-time employment and the ability to work remotely, making it ideal for those looking for a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and recruiting potential candidates with Romanian passports for jobs in Germany.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessing the suitability of candidates for job vacancies.
• Coordinating the hiring process with potential candidates and employers in Germany.
• Preparing and publishing advertisements about vacancies on various platforms (social networks, specialized sites).
• Maintaining a candidate database and ensuring that information is up-to-date.
• Collaboration with the recruiting and HR teams in Germany to ensure a successful hiring process.
• Ensuring a high level of communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Romanian (oral and written communication).
• Experience in recruiting or HR.
• Ability to work with candidate search tools and job posting platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independence, organization and the ability to multitask.
• Computer skills and basic programs (MS Office, Google Workspace).

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in finding candidates for work abroad.
• Knowledge of the German language.
• Understanding the labor market in Germany and specific requirements for employees.
