Our expectations from the candidate: Fluency in the Romanian language; Experience in the field of communication with clients from 1 year; Knowledge of English and Hungarian languages ​​at level B2 and above will be a plus; Good communication and negotiation skills; Ability to make decisions and take responsibility; Multitasking, prioritizing and time management; Desire to work and develop in the field of recruiting. Conducting an initial interview; Checking all necessary documents for work; Accompanying and supporting hired candidates during their adaptation and further cooperation with the company; Maintaining a database and forming a personnel reserve.
