Today, our client, a company in the field of international logistics, needs to strengthen the team with a recruiter with knowledge of the Romanian and Polish languages.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Fluency in Romanian and Polish languages;
• Experience in the field of communication with clients from 1 year;
• Knowledge of English will be a plus;
• Good communication and negotiation skills skills;
• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
• Multitasking, prioritization and time management;
• Desire to work and develop in the field of recruiting.

About the role:

• Search for owners of transport companies;
• Conducting an initial interview;
• Checking all necessary documents for work;
• Accompanying and supporting hired candidates during their adaptation and further cooperation with the company;
• Maintenance of the database and formation of the personnel reserve.
