Therefore, we are currently looking for a recruiter with knowledge of the Estonian language - a person who will strengthen the team and help us maintain quality and humanity in everyone hiring
What is important to us:
Experience in recruiting from 1 year;
Knowledge of Estonian language from level B2+ (C1 will be an advantage);
Experience of working with various search channels (LinkedIn, job platforms etc.);
Ability to conduct interviews and qualitatively evaluate candidates;
Ability to approach people and "feel" candidates;
Self-organization, responsibility and attention to details.
Will be a plus:
Experience working with ATS-systems;
Experience or understanding of working with international markets.
What you will do:
Actively search for candidates through various channels (job sites, social networks, recommendations);
Conduct screening and initial interviews in Estonian language;
Accompany candidates at key stages of selection;
Maintain candidate database in ATS and keep data up-to-date;
Interact with team regarding candidates and next steps;
Participate in improving recruitment processes.
