Maintaining a database of candidates (in the CRM system) Conducting telephone and personal interviews; Timely communication with candidates, providing feedback; Closing vacancies in the established terms; Monitoring and analysis of the labor market; Participation in personnel adaptation programs. Necessary knowledge and skills Work experience in the field of HR from 1 year. Knowledge of various methods of search and recruitment. Knowledge of English at the B1 level and above.
