Recruiter with knowledge of Slovak in HedgeHog

HedgeHog is a recruiting company that specializes in recruiting for international logistics companies. Our client is a stable company that provides cargo transportation services throughout Europe.

In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Recruiter with knowledge of the Slovak language. We consider candidates without experience - the company provides full training.

Main tasks:

• Processing feedback from drivers.
• Negotiations in the Slovak language (oral and written).
• Processing incoming requests through the CRM system.
• Checking and preparing a package of documents for carriers.
• Maintaining the relevance of documents.
• Resolving organizational issues that arise in the process of cooperation.

Our expectations:

• Proficiency in Slovak language orally and in writing.
• Confident PC user, knowledge of basic programs (MS Office). Willingness to work with people and develop in the field of logistics.
• Communicative, responsible, attentive.
• Experience in communications/customer service would be an advantage, but not required.
