Recruiter (with knowledge of Polish) in Pletin A., FOP

We are looking for a recruiter with knowledge of Polish!

What is included in the tasks?

• Receiving applications for selection from order processing managers;
• Selection of relevant vendors (translators, proofreaders, typesetters) to fulfill orders;
• Formation and updating of the vendor base;
• Participation in implementation programs to increase vendor loyalty;
• Participation in re-certification of vendors;
• Vendor onboarding.
• Analysis of vendor performance.
• Systematization and accounting of personal documents of vendors.
• Selection, compilation and submission of resumes and other necessary documentation (diplomas, resumes, etc.) for participation in tenders Work in the local accounting system.

• Official employment, trial period - 3 months;
• KPI rate and bonuses;< /li>
• Schedule: 9:00—18:00;
• Format of work — office, sm. Shulyavska or remote.

Expectations from candidates:

• Experience in personnel selection - desirable, but willing to teach;
• Polish language - B2+, English language - B1+ ;
• High level of communication skills;
