Work experience in a similar position

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in direct search techniques

Experience in filling vacancies

Main tasks

Working with the media, drafting and posting advertisements on job sites, working with social media. networks

Active search and selection of candidates in accordance with the company’s corporate values

Assessment and analysis of selected resumes

Organizing and conducting interviews with candidates

Checking references

Compiling a database of candidates' resumes

Creating a personnel reserve

Organization of offsite corporate events

Development of adaptation programs for new employees separately for each position

Summarizing the results of personnel adaptation, assessing the effectiveness of the training completed as part of adaptation, participation in personnel assessment at the end of the probationary period

Development/updating of job descriptions/work instructions for personnel

Development of regulations
