Hi, we’re MOJAM, and we’re looking for a talented recruiter to join our HR team!

We create products with the best gaming services for CS2 players. Every day, tens of thousands of people from all over the world use our products.

As a recruiter at MOJAM, you will play a crucial role in our team, driving the full life-cycle recruitment process. From understanding vacancy requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers, you’ll ensure we attract the best talent in marketing, development, and other key areas.

We are agile, flexible, and determined to dominate the market.

📍What to do:

• Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers and pre-onboarding
• make the vacancy attractive and work with job description
• collaborate with the team to enhance recruiting processes, analytics, and the overall hiring process
• Identify and attract top-tier specialists in marketing, development, and other key areas.
• stay connected with candidates, build a network, and ensure to provide them with feedback.
• keep the team informed about the progress of the recruitment process (weekly reports)
• work with HRIS (we use People force) and other tools.

🦸 Your superpowers:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting
• experience in recruiting top-tier specialists in various fields such as marketing, development, and others.
• You have a deep understanding of the IT market and are proficient in using all modern tools to find specialists.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews (including initial technical assessments, competency checks, and motivation evaluations).
• Strong ability to collaborate with teams to enhance recruiting processes, leveraging analytics and improving the overall hiring experience as a product.
• You know how to work with HRIS

• Possessing a fervent passion for CS2 or another games
• You speak and write English without errors
• You are always proactive and positive
