Now our foundation is looking for an active, proactiveRecruiter, orientedon the result.
Your duties will include:
1. Work on various job portals (publications of vacancies, work with reviews, independent search for candidates);
2. Search and select volunteers for vacancies at various levels;
3. Interact with candidates who are ready to join our project.
Ideality and initiative are welcome. We are open to everything that will help us achieve our goal.
From you we expect:
1. Experience in recruiting. We especially need experience in finding IT specialists;
2. Understanding search processes and interaction with personnel;
3. Experience in direct search for candidates through professional networks.
Volunteering in our teamdoes not involve payment. We unite in our spare time to support non-profit organizations, Ukraine and Ukrainians.
