You are "our man" if you have:

• higher education (Personnel Management, Organizational Management, Psychology);

• additional education (Project Management; Competency Interviewing, Direct Search; Art of Negotiation; Sourcing, AI for Recruiting; Personal Brand, Employer Brand) - will be an advantage;

• work experience of 5 years or more in a similar position in a large insurance company, systemic bank (preferably with 2+ thousand employees), fintech company and/or recruiting agency;

• experience in direct search, recruiting automation;

• you are independent, able to build long-term relationships with customers and candidates, able to set priorities and work within tight deadlines;

• experience with ATS, Google Workspace;

• fluency in the state language;

• possibility to work remotely during power outages or to work from the office in Kyiv, Staronavodnytska Street.
