We are on the lookout for a Recruiter for our client, a healthcare product company in the U.S. In the role of Healthcare Recruiter, you will be essential to our client’s goal of matching talented professionals with rewarding career paths. Drawing on your recruitment skills and industry knowledge, you will source, screen, and select candidates who fit our client’s requirements. Your strategic talent acquisition efforts will drive successful staffing and uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and create effective recruitment strategies
- Leverage various channels such as online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals to source potential candidates
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future job openings
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to monitor candidate progress and keep accurate records
- Provide timely feedback and updates to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency
- Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing knowledge and expertise to aid their professional growth
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
- Proficiency in English at a minimum of C1 level
- Ability to work within the USA time zone (from 4 pm to 12 am Kyiv time)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques, with a history of meeting recruitment objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with candidates, clients, and colleagues
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office Suite, and other recruitment software
- Dedicated to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process
Will be a plus:
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate environment, with a focus on healthcare
