Recruiter in Interactive Resources - iR

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for a variety of roles within our organization, with a primary focus on attracting top talent for key positions in the financial services sector. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute comprehensive sourcing and hiring plans. Responsibilities:Full-cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, for a wide range of positions across various business units within the financial services sector.Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, job boards, and industry-specific channels, to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates for current and future staffing needs.Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit with the organization.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing priorities, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and collaborate on talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.Employer Branding: Promote us as an employer of choice through targeted employer branding initiatives, including participation in industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities, to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation in the marketplace.Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality, to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of the recruitment process.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, personalized support, and constructive feedback to candidates at all stages of the hiring process.Compliance and Best Practices: Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices, and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all aspects of the recruitment process. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on financial services or related industries.Strong understanding of financial services roles, functions, and industry trends.Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a diverse range of positions.At least 3 years of experience in a recruiting role.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and diversity and inclusion principles in all aspects of recruitment practices.
