Recruiter (trainee) in 1+1 media

• have an education in the field of "Personnel Management" or "Organization Management" (preferable, but not mandatory);
• have work experience or internship in the HR field (preferable, but not mandatory);

• are a confident user PC (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social networks;

• you will be able to get acquainted with the process of searching and recruiting personnel in 1+1 media;
• you will learn in practice, what is "CV-screening", "direct search", "competencies", etc.;
• learn how to conduct telephone interviews;
• get skills for working in automated recruiting systems;
• you will take part in the staff adaptation process;
• you will be able to work in a team that staffs the country's favorite TV channels.
