In connection with an extension of the company teamwe are looking for a "Recruiter" to work in in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk.

What will be included in your duties?

• quality selection of candidates, conducting initial interviews and organizing interviews with department heads;
• nsupporting the process of adaptation of new employeesand organizing comfortable dismissal;
• inediting the candidate database;
• assessing employee satisfaction with work and working to improve it indicator, as well as the effectiveness, efficiency and comfort of the team's work;
• communication with management and employees on improving the company's work and solving any issues.

Expectations from the candidate:

• work experience in a similar position will be an advantage, but not mandatory;
• a person with an active life position and high emotional intelligence ;
• ability to prioritize work, understanding the specifics of vacancies and company requirements;
