Job Title: Recruiter (remote work) Main Responsibilities: Selection and search of potential candidates for work in Europe through various channels including social media (Facebook, Instagram), Marketplace, recruitment websites, job boards and more. Processing the applications we provide and organizing and conducting interviews. Selection of the appropriate vacancy for each potential employee from our list, taking into account their capabilities, wishes and experience. Assessment of skills and experience of candidates. Support of an effective communication process with candidates, including calling the leads indicated by us. Support of documentation related to the hiring of employees. Requirements: Experience in the field of recruiting, preferably in the field of finding staff to work as nurses in Germany. Understanding of basic recruiting processes. Proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian, knowledge of other European languages ​​will be an advantage. High communication skills, ability to work in a team.
