Recruiter (tech & non-tech) in MAUDAU

Now we are looking for a recruiter who will help find the best talent in various areas: marketing, commerce, HR, finance, ?IT

What will you do?

• Close vacancies quickly and efficiently - we don't like to drag out processes
• Guide candidates from the first contact to the offer
• Describe and place vacancies
• Find candidates from all possible sources
• Interview candidates using a combination of different methods
• Collaborate with team leaders and understand their needs
• Compose job offer letters
• Maintain and develop the HR brand so that people want to work with us
• Keep up to date with trends and new products for hiring

What is important for this role?

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter
• Ability to seek, not just wait for references (experience direct sourcing and headhunting candidates)
• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships both in person and online
• Focus on results, attention to details, critical thinking and decision-making ability
• Maintain productivity while working in a fast-paced environment
