Our team consists of 5 recruiters and a team leader. We have been working in recruiting for over 7 years, we love our job and from time to time we search for "pink unicorns" for various businesses of DTEK Group in Ukraine and EU countries.
The main focus of the role is technical recruitment (about 70% of the time), but sometimes there are non-technical jobs: HR, marketing, sales, etc.
If you like challenges, know how to work for results and think that difficult jobs are not a problem, but interesting quest, then we are definitely on our way.
What we expect from you
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting;
- experience in system company or recruiting agency;
- experience in finding technical specialists and managers, for example: DevOps, SRE, SOC, Information Security Specialist / Manager, Network Engineer, PM, BA, QA, DBA, Data Analyst, Architect, CTO, SAP Specialist, ABAP Developer, System Administrator, etc.;
- experience in the full cycle of recruiting, from the withdrawal of the application to the exit of the candidate to work;
- confident use of modern search tools (LinkedIn, X-Ray, Boolean search, job boards, candidate databases);
- experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
- experience working with hiring managers;
- experience working with ATS or HR-systems;
- ability to work with several vacancies at the same time;
- English language at Intermediate level or higher (sometimes we conduct interviews with foreign candidates);
- We would be happy for a colleague who can easily find common language with people, remains positive and has a sense of humor.
What will you do
- take job vacancies, work with hiring managers;
- form a search strategy and map;
- actively search for candidates (LinkedIn, X-Ray, Boolean, job boards, referrals, candidate database);
- conduct interviews and evaluate candidates;
- prepare short cover letters based on the resultsyour interviews for managers;
- organize the next stages of interviews;
- help managers make decisions about candidates;
- from time to time prepare analytical reports on vacancies;
- work with ATS;
- organize pre-boarding and departure of candidates.
