The person in this role will drive and develop one of the recruiting teams to reduce time to fill and cost per hire and achieve 100% hiring plans, and will also be hands-on and close the most difficult roles in the company. Talent Acquisition Team at SKELAR is: – A cool team of sixteen super strong recruiters and sourcers; – Hiring managers who give quick feedback, know how to conduct high-quality interviews and are always open to initiatives;– Ability to connect any tools for searching and attracting candidates. What challenges await you:– Managing a team of approximately 5 n-1; – Implementation of growth-hacking solutions to improve recruiting efficiency;– Cooperation with hiring managers regarding opening vacancies, assistance in determining the ideal portrait of a candidate, gathering all necessary information;– Development and implementation of a candidate search strategy (from junior to top management roles) ;– Working with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, automation tools;– Expanding the network and creating talent pools of candidates, headhunting. What is important for us:– 4+ years in Talent Acquisition, of which at least 2 in a managerial role;– Experience successful management of a team of 5+ people; – Ability to visit an office in a smart-hybrid format in Kyiv; – Experience working in an IT environment and understanding the specifics of finding and hiring IT specialists. Knowledge of the market and trends in the industry;– High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team;– Upper Intermediate English level;– Experience in a product company and understanding of the product approach to recruiting will be a big plus.
