In "3S" you are not left alone with a difficult client - you work in tandem with an experienced Lead-recruiter. Your area of ​​responsibility is the entire cycle of work with the talent market: from deep analytics to conducting interviews. You find and evaluate "the same" people, and the Lead-recruiter picks up finalist candidates and accompanies them to the offer. This is an ideal position to improve recruiting skills without the stress of direct management of complex B2B customers.

Your key tasks:

  • Research the talent market in different geographies (from Ukraine to MENA), analysis of salary expectations and formation of a strategy for targeted search.
  • Building search logic for each vacancy. Using X-Ray, Boolean search, LinkedIn, AI and alternative resources instead of standard scrolling of job sites.
  • Writing personalized messages that "break through banner blindness" and involve passive experts and top managers in dialogue.
  • Conducting screenings and full interviews. Evaluation of professional experience, motivation and psychological profile of the candidate (according to our author's approach).
  • Simultaneous and systematic management of 5-7 vacancies with different levels of priority. Work with the candidate database, conversion tracking and search performance analytics.
  • Presentation of selected candidates to the Lead-recruiter, joint profile calibration and flexible change of strategy based on feedback.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience: We are open to both ambitious Junior specialists with "burning eyes" and a desire to develop, as well as strong Middle recruiters with 1-2 years of experience working in an agency.
  • Tools: Knowledge of the principles of direct search (X-Ray/Boolean), experience with LinkedIn and Telegram. If you are not good at something, but you think logically and learn quickly - we will pump these skills.
  • Soft Skills: Developed analytical thinking, a high level of empathy, the ability to hear a person between the lines and a healthy attitude towards rejection (this is a normal part of recruiting).
  • Ability to independently organize your time effectively when working with several projects simultaneously. Responsibility for the result.
