We are looking for a high-level recruiter who will become a strategic partner for new projects.
Your main task:
Build strong teams for our new directions. Not just to close vacancies, but to find those who will strengthen the business vision.
Areas of responsibility:
- Lead the full cycle of recruiting (from the brief to the final offer) for key and management positions in new business areas.
- Form candidate profiles and search strategies in accordance with business goals.
- Work with passive candidates, develop own network of contacts.
- Be a partner for top management and area heads in matters of team building.
- Analysis of the talent market and recommendations on compensations, structures, solutions.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has 3+ years of experience in recruiting (preferably in startups, agencies or companies with dynamic development).
- Able to work strategically: not just to search, but to understand exactly who the business needs.
- Has an exceptional taste for people, communications and reputation.
- Loves the fast pace, changes and the atmosphere of building something new.
