Therefore, our team is looking for a talented and efficient Recruiter. Together with the Talent Acquisition department, you will create the most effective teams around the world. What will you do: determine the talent search strategy and implement recruiting projects not only in Ukraine, but also in international units; together with the marketing team, launch creative advertising campaigns to promote vacancies; analyze and develop the most effective sources of talent attraction; conduct competency interviews and participate in assessment centers, the main thing is to constantly influence the development of the team and the company, studying the best global practices and increasing the level of own expertise.
