Therefore, our team is looking for a talented and efficient Recruiter. Together with the Talent Acquisition department, you will create the most effective teams around the world. Let's get to know each other if you: are proud of your successful experience in closing vacancies in the field of digital, IT, sales, business development, want to constantly deepen your expertise; you use modern channels and vsourcing approaches; in the evaluation of candidates, you rely on competencies and behavior models, and not on zodiac signs :) you know how to build long-term relationships with Hiring managers, candidates, trust and cooperation; you are a positive person and think of prospects and possibilities as criteria, limitations are not for you; more slowly, to really influence the development of business, propose bold ideas and test new approaches to work, and not work with standard job descriptions. What will you do: determine the talent search strategy and implement recruiting projects not only in Ukraine, but also in international units; together with the marketing team, launch creative advertising campaigns to promote vacancies; analyze and develop the most effective sources of talent attraction; conduct competency interviews and participate in assessment centers, the main thing is to constantly influence the development of the team and the company, studying the best global practices and increasing the level of own expertise.
